Band 4- Administrative Assistant

Job type – Short Term Temporary (1-2 Months)

Working hours – Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 5/7 day rota

Here at Manpower, we are currently recruiting for a temporary Admin Assistant for our Public Sector Client where you will provide support to the department with a comprehensive administrative service. You will need be organised, proactive with excellent IT and communication skills.

Main duties:
In this role, you will be working the team to provide essential support. This includes:
• Scheduling various meetings and diary management
• Organising and distributing meetings papers
• Minute taking and circulating any actions that have been raised
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Assist in the preparation of documents including reporting

Ideal Applicant:
For this role, the ideal applicant would have the following:
• Computer skills, with experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organisation skills
• Time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in an admin role is desirable but not essential
