Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a busy Mailing company in Birmingham. Due to expansion we are looking for a new member to join the Data Bureau team. This role is perfect for someone that has previous experience as an Administrator and would like to work for a company that offers progression opportunities.

Duties include-
– Transferring and inputting data into CRM and software systems.
– Assist in sortation of mail to categorise for easy inputting of data.
– Use Microsoft Excel and or Access to input data.
– The Administrator will offer support to the wider team where needed.

Minimum skills/ experience required-
– Experience using Microsoft Excel/ Access
– Have gained a Grade C or above in both GCSE Maths and English
– Have an analytical mindset and an ability to categorise data in large quantities
– Be able to multi-task and have an open minded approach to work
– Be flexible and open to take on new training and occasional additional hours where needed to support the team
– Have previous experience working as an Administrator
– Have strong written and verbal communication skills

– Monday-Friday

– 08:00-17:00 (1 hour lunch break)
