Executive Assistant
Are you an experienced PA/Executive Assistant?
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA to work with our client supporting a Director and small team. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm.
Job responsibilities:
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Director and team members including managing their diary to ensure efficient use of time and they are well prepared for meetings.
• Arrange international travel, including organising Visa’s
• Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings
• Event management
• video and teleconference calls, meetings – acting as chair when needed
• Accurately track and process expenses for HR
• Ensure the flow of correspondence and communication to the Director and Leadership Team
• Pro-actively manage emails
• Provide support to cover absence of other Personal Assistants
• Perform additional duties as assigned e.g. supporting the management of team costs
• Maintain the people function, ensuring a positive experience is provided to all internal and external stakeholders
Skills & experience required:
• Experienced PA ideally supporting to a senior level
• Well-developed organisational skills with the ability to forward plan, prioritise and organise work schedules to meet set timescales
• Ability to deliver a consistently professional and high quality level of service in a fast paced environment
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, Project, email and internet use
