Zumba – invented by dancer and choreographer Alberto ‘Beto’ Perez in Colombia in the 1990s. In Zumba, people mainly dance to Latino-American music. The choreography includes the elements of salsa, rumba, mambo, hip-hop, samba, merengue, flamenco, twist, cha-cha, belly dancing and Bollywood dances.

What distinguishes Zumba from other workouts is simplicity and enthusiasm. The steps are very easy, and the music is so lively that you will not be able to stand still. Zumba releases energy, layers of joy and enthusiasm, adds self-confidence and allows you to relieve tension and stress.

Cardio is a workout that is helping to accelerate the process of burning calories, and only such activity supported by strength exercises will allow you to shape your dream figure.

One Zumba workout allows you to burn a lot of calories- even 700-800 kcal during one session. Of course, it all depends on the intensity of the exercises and our commitment to dance. We encourage you to feel fun, music and do your workout at 100%.
