With these parameters, the Ferrari LaFerrari accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in less than 3 seconds, and acceleration from 0 to 186 mph takes an overwhelming 15 seconds. It is true that the entire hybrid system weighs a total of 308 lb, but it does not negatively affect the weight of the car – 2,766 lb is still a great result.

2. Pagani Huayra R

Pagani V12-R has the most powerful naturally aspirated engine in the history of the company and the first such engine installed in Huayra. Contrary to what one might imagine, this is not the next step in the development of the naturally aspirated V12 Zonda R, but a completely new design developed in collaboration with Mercedes’ sports department – HWA. The first designs of Pagani Huayra R were modified. Designers wanted to evoke greater emotions and grasp the heart more firmly. The company’s founder reveals that then something extraordinary happened. While the car was undergoing an aesthetic transformation, its aerodynamics seemed to improve incidentally. The final result convinced Horacio Pagani not only because of the looks, but also the corresponding aerodynamic data. Definitely one of the best from top hypercars.

One thing we know for sure – this Aston Martin One-77 looks simply divine! Stylistically, it cannot be faulted. It’s a work of art. Firstly, because it is Aston Martin, which in its nature is elegant and classy, ​​and secondly, it is the limited One-77 model with perfect proportions, wide wheel arches, waist cut and unique rear lamps.

The British top hypercar has a blue body paint, a similar shade of rims and a navy blue interior finish. The heart of the Aston One-77 is the 7.3 liter V12 engine (AM77 / 089), which develops 750 hp and 750 Nm. It accelerates the model from 0 to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 220 mph.

4. Zenvo TSR-S

The Zenvo TSR-S is a road-legal version of the track-focused Zenvo TSR. Unveiled at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, the TSR-S features numerous upgrades and design changes compared to the previous TS1 models and sits in-between the road-going, grand touring TS1 GT and the race-focused, track only TSR.

The carbon-fiber wing on the rear of the car is able to rotate with two degrees of freedom, allowing for air braking and corner stabilization. Car weights only to 1,495 kg (3,296 lb). The manufacturer claims, that TSR-S accelerate from 0–100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.8 seconds, and from 0–200 km/h (124 mph) in 6.8 seconds. The TSR-S maintains the 325 km/h (202 mph) top speed of the TSR.

5. Koenigsegg One:1

Koenigsegg One: 1 is a real record holder. It can go up to 250 mph in a surprisingly short time, and it only takes 20 seconds for this. You have only 10 seconds for the car to stop. It’s hard not to hide your fascination just after knowing the technical data: 1,360 HP and 1,360 kg. Moreover, it is the weight of the car in running order with the full set of fluids and the tank half full. A total of 1000 Nm can be used from 3 thousand. rev. / min. The maximum speed is as much as 1,371 Nm (at 6,000 rpm). One of the best top hypercars.

A total of 7 copies were made (including the prototype), 6 of which went on sale. Among them there is a real unique – the version with the steering wheel on the right side. And it also hit the used car market. The car from 2015 with a small mileage of 7,100 miles (just over 11,000 km) went on sale through SuperVettura, the official British dealer of the Swedish brand. Price? Only $ 7.2 million.

6. Lotus Evija – top hypercar

The lithium-ion battery is responsible for possibilities of sprint up to 100 mph in 3 seconds. It achieves 125 mph in another 3 seconds, and later allows you to travel a maximum of 155 mph (250 km). Charging the battery takes only 9 minutes. However, there is a catch. Such quick replenishment of energy requires a charger with a capacity of 800 kW, and such infrastructure does not exist yet.

The most powerful 350 kW chargers allow you to recharge up to 80% in approx. 12 minutes. Rushing with gas in the floor, such charging will be needed every 7 minutes. For comparison, the Veyron Grand Sport empties the tank in 12 minutes under such conditions.

The supercar has laser headlights developed by Osram, cameras replacing mirrors, and the door handles have been removed to improve aerodynamics. The door is opened by pressing the button on the key. Additionally, the rear spoiler is active, and thanks to the four engines, the power transmission to the asphalt as needed is super-accurate. Lotus expects to build 130 copies, each of which will cost $ 2.11 million. The first cars left the factory in early 2020.

 

7. Hennessey Venom F5

Hennessey Venom F5 is a gift for the 30th birthday of the American brand, which was founded in 1991. The car owes its name to the Fujita scale, in which tornadoes are classified – F5 is the highest category for winds blowing at speeds up to 318 mph. It is also an indication of the model’s potential, which is to be confirmed in 2021 on the runway at the NASA Space Center. Kennedy, where, among others space shuttles take off and land (the runway is 3 miles long). The goal – to exceed 310 mph and become the fastest car in the world.

The newest Venom F5 is valued at $ 2.1 million net. The car got a 6.6 V8 twin-turbo engine called Fury (fury) and this name fully reflects its capabilities – maximum power is 1817 HP at 8000 rpm and a torque of 1617 Nm at 5000 rpm. These parameters make it currently the most powerful unit installed in a car approved for traffic on public roads. The car weighs only 1,360 kg, and the power-to-weight ratio is an impressive 1.34 KM per kg and 1,298 KM per ton.

Venom F5 accelerates to “hundreds” in 2.6 seconds, to 125 mph in 4.7 seconds to 185 mph in 8.4 seconds and to 245 mph in 15.5 seconds! The top speed is to exceed the mentioned 310 mph. The driver can also choose from five drive modes to suit different driving conditions. They are: Sport, Wet, Drag, Track and F5. Only in the latter one will be able to use the full power of the engine, subject to prior training on the track under the supervision of Hennessey instructors. Definitely – top hypercar!

8. Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta

The open LaFerrari – Aperta in Italian – made its debut in September / October 2017 at the Paris Motor Show, surrounded by several other specially finished models from the brand, which were designed at Tailor Made to celebrate the company’s 70th anniversary. Each of them, including LaFerrari Aperta, wore an occasional logotype with Cavallino Rampante on their side: “70 1947-2017”. The production of the new Ferrari flagship has been limited to only 209 copies. Including nine pieces for the needs of the manufacturer. All of them were sold well before the public premiere, and at the beginning of the same year, carefully wrapped car keys were sent to selected customers of the brand.

LaFerrari was the first-ever series-production Ferrari with a HY-KERS hybrid powertrain, presented as a concept in 2010 in a prototype based on the 599 GTB Fiorano. The heart of the car is a naturally aspirated, 65-degree forked V12 with a capacity of less than 6.3 liters, which spins to 9,250 rpm, develops 800 horsepower at 9,000 rpm and 700 Newton meters at 6,750 rpm. Each liter of capacity produced a record 128 hp.

The driveline of the Aperta remains virtually intact. Maximum power of 963 horsepower puts LaFerrari at the forefront of supercars from around the world. The Italian car needs less than 3 seconds to accelerate to 60 mph, less than 7 seconds to exceed 120 mph, and the speed of 180 mph does not exceed 15 seconds. The manufacturer specifies the maximum speed in the range from 350 kilometers per hour upwards. The 209 LaFerrari Apertas are of course not all. In the first days of September 2017, at an auction in Maranello, which was part of the brand’s 70th anniversary celebrations, a special copy number 210 was sold. The Rosso Fuoco model with white stripes in the Biano Italia shade found its owner for an amount of EUR 8.3 million.

9. McLaren Speedtail

During the tests at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, the car was able to accelerate to 250 mph. And more than once. The result was repeated for each of the more than 30 trials. Ultimately, 106 copies will be produced at the McLaren Production Center in Woking, UK. Each car will be equipped with a hybrid drive system with a total power of up to 1,070 hp. The torque of 1150 Nm is also impressive.

10. Pininfarina Battista

The drive train of the car has a lot of power to tame, which is reflected in the technical data. The sprint time to 60 mph is expected to be less than 2 seconds, and 185 mph can be seen in just 12 seconds. Top speed will be limited to 220 mph. Of course, using all the power will require more frequent visits to the charging station, but for buyers of this car, it will not be a problem. Like any electric car, we have a braking energy recovery module, but if necessary, the driver has ceramic brake discs paired with six-piston calipers. In addition, a rear spoiler can help with braking, which can also generate aerodynamic drag if necessary.

Pininfarina Battista has impressive parameters, but they do not look so impressive compared to the already announced Roadster from Tesla, which is to offer similar acceleration, a much greater range, a maximum speed of 250 mph and a price almost 10 times lower. 11. Mercedes-AMG Project One

The Mercedes-AMG Project ONE is powered by a hybrid system borrowed from the Formula 1 championship car driven by Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas. That means a 1.6-liter turbo-charged V6 engine and two electric motors on the front axle. Mercedes estimates the power of the entire system at an impressive “over 1000 hp” and during the presentation of the pre-production version of Project ONE, it confirmed the performance that appeared in the leaks.

Top speed is 215 mph, and the AMG accelerates to the first 125 mph in less than 6 seconds! The only limitation will be the lifetime of the V-six, trimmed to the limits (it spins up to 11,500 rpm). Mercedes estimates, that the engine will last about 30,000 miles. Then he will have to visit the AMG headquarters for a general renovation.

12. Koenigsegg Jesko

The car, named after the founding father of the brand, always impresses with numbers. The drive is powered by a 5-liter, double-charged V8 with a capacity of 1,280 to 1,600 hp. It all depends on what will be poured into the tank. Driving up to a traditional distributor, we get a weaker variant, and the full potential of the unit “unlocks” the refueling of E85. Peak torque is 1,500 Nm available at 5,100 rpm. The engine spins up to 8,500 rpm. Car costs £ 2.3m.

In the averaged test, the Agera RS achieved a result of 277 mph, and in one of the runs the car managed to accelerate to 285 mph. Koenigsegg revealed that he is working on a Jesko version that will not generate the same downforce as the model presented in Geneva. Internally, they call it 300 (from 300mph) and it is supposed to be able to exceed 483 km / h (which is just 300mph). At least that’s what the first simulations say.

13. Bugatti Bolide

The modified W16 engine is to generate as much as 1,850 hp, which, combined with a curb weight of 2,830 lb, guarantees performance worthy of Formula 1 cars!

Sprint to hundreds in 2.17 seconds, 125 mph in 4.36 seconds, 185 mph in 7.37 seconds and the most impressive 0-310 mph in 20.16 seconds! Yes, the new Bugatti car breaks the 310 mph mark. Bugatti announces the use of only lightweight and durable materials – mainly titanium and carbon fiber. If we add aerodynamic magic to it, we will create a vehicle that may be equal to extremely fast driving.

14. Aston Martin Valkyrie

The Aston Martin Valkyrie, also boldly billed as the fastest road car in the world, boasts a power of 1176 HP. It is the result of combining the 6.5-liter V12 engine with an electric unit. The powerful motor is capable of spinning up to more than 11,000 rpm!

Performance worthy of an F1 car requires the right envelope. Especially for the premiere, the composite body was dressed in racing colors created by the British together with the F1 team Red Bull Racing, sponsored by Aston Martin.

No wonder, after all, Aston Martin prepared this vehicle in cooperation with Red Bull Racing, and the operation of the main components is the responsibility of Adrian Newey himself – a technical specialist who is one of the greatest legends of the modern motosport. Cost of one car is approximately $ 4 milion.

15. Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport

There were only 16 copies, and each of them has been priced at 3.2 million euros. Pur Sport is lighter, stiffer and even faster. At first glance, you can see that the aerodynamics have been very much worked out here – the rear wing is 1.9 m wide. The Chiron also got larger air intakes, side skirts and spoilers. Objective? Maximum pressure. All new elements are made of carbon fiber to keep them as light as possible. Lower weight is another feature of Pur Sport. Engineers managed to slim the Chiron by 19 kg thanks to new brakes and wheels. The list of changes introduced by the Chiron Pur Sport also includes a much stiffer suspension set for track driving.

Engine? There was no additional horsepower here – the quad-charged W16 with a capacity of still delivers the driver an impressive 1,500 hp. However, the red field on the tachometer has been shifted by 200 rpm – the Chirona Pur Sport can be turned up to 6900 rpm. In addition, there are even shorter gear ratios in the automatic transmission. Bugatti assures, that the Chiron Pur Sport is faster, which is felt especially on the track.

16. Bugatti Veyron Vivere By Mansory

Here it is the one of the two copies in the world that are distinguished by an unusual body color. The price of the car is a mystery, but the seller informs that this particular one is the third Veyron that has left the factory, which makes it very special. The first buyer sent the car to the Mansory studio, and the luxury modification specialists changed the exterior color scheme.

By the way, new bumpers and several elements made of carbon fiber were installed. The Vivere stands on specially designed rims from Mansory, and the bonnet is reminiscent of the Veyron Super Sport. The rear has four exhaust tips. A lot of very high-quality materials appeared in the interior. New leathers, aluminum pedals and carbon fiber inserts give a lot of freshness.

17. W Motors Lykan Hypersport

The rich people of the Persian Gulf are famous for their love of very fast exotic cars. The oil giants can buy a great supercar from their own region – the Motors Lykan Supersport with over 1000 HP. Motors also provided information about the second car. Lykan Supersport – cheaper than Hypersport, but more powerful. For $ 1.6 million customers will get a vehicle equipped with a unit developing over 1000 HP.

The lower price is due to the fact that the Lykan Supersport is not intricately finished as the cheaper model. It did not get, for example, gold stitching on the upholstery or headlights set with diamonds. Hypersport is expected to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds and develop a top speed of 240 mph. The more powerful Lykan Supersport will probably have even better parameters, as long as the data provided by W Motors is not just boastful.

 

18. Pagani Huayra Roadster BC

Under the hood works the well-known 6-liter V12 engine from AMG, which in this model generates as much as 800 HP, i.e. 50 HP more than in the coupe version (of course also in the more powerful BC variant). Peak torque of 1,050Nm is delivered to the rear wheels via the 7-speed Xtrac transmission.

Interestingly, although the versions with the opening roof are usually heavier than their fixed-roof counterparts, in this case the designers and engineers managed to lose 66 lb, which resulted in approx. 2755 lb. The lower weight includes The merit of the use of an innovative material, which is a combination of carbon fiber and titanium, on a larger scale. The 60 mph coupe will accelerate in around 2.5 seconds, so a roadster with more power and less weight should be at least as fast. Cost of this beautiful hypercar is around $ 3.5 million,

19. Lamborghini Sian

In addition to the SVJ-sourced 6.5-liter V12, the Sian uses a 48-volt mild-hybrid system. Total system output is 819 horsepower (611 kilowatts), which also makes it the most powerful Lamborghini ever. One of the best op hypercars is Bugatti Chiron. It is currently the fastest production car in the world. Officially, the 300mph barrier has been breached. Behind the wheel was the Andy Wallace himself – Bugatti test driver, winner of Le Mans and many other races. During the test, Wallace accelerated a specially prepared Chiron to a speed of 304,773 miles per hour, or exactly 490,484 km / h. The result was confirmed by the German TUV.

The specially prepared Bugatti Chiron has been lengthened by 25 centimeters, mainly due to the longer rear section developed together with Dallara engineers. Michelin, on the other hand, provided the tires reinforced with carbon fiber. There is also a noticeable lack of a rear wing, the use of a new quadruple exhaust and a deeper diffuser to generate the right force to suck the car to the asphalt. Finally, there is the question of price. For the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ you have to pay around 3.5 million euros.

21. Lamborghini Veneno

Lamborghini Veneno was founded in 2013 to celebrate the 50th birthday of the stables from Sant Agata Bolognese. The car was built on the basis of the Aventador model. The supercar is equipped with a V12 engine with a capacity of 6.5 liters, generating 750 hp of maximum power. Acceleration from 0 to 60 mph takes a maximum of 2.8 seconds, and the top speed is 220 mph. It’s definitely one of the prettiest, top hypercars!

22. Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita

Koenigsegg Trevita, also known as Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita and Koenigsegg Trevita CCXR – a supercar built by the Swedish brand Koenigsegg. This vehicle was produced in only 4 copies, because in Swedish “Trevita” means the trinity of whites. The exact price is unknown, but one piece was sold for US $ 5 million.

The drive is powered by a 4.7 l , 32-valve (32V) V8 bifuel unit, located centrally, generating a maximum power of 1032 hp. It is fed with ethanol and 98 octane gasoline. 23. Bugatti Divo

However, what distinguishes the Divo from them is not the pursuit of speed on the straight, but on the curves. This is confirmed, inter alia, by lap time on the small fitness loop of the Nardo track better than Chiron by a whole 8 seconds.

Technically, the car is very similar to its donor. It has the same powertrain with the 1480hp W16 engine and the same drivetrain, and the same suspension design, although the tuning is different. Aerodynamics here are specially designed to tackle fast curves and that is what makes the difference.

Both the front, rear and side sections of the body are full of details for better traction and cooling of the engine, brake discs and even tires. The diffuser itself, which also receives air from the side sections, is expected to generate 1,005 pounds of downforce. The entire package produces 198 lb more of it than the Chiron.

 

24. Mercedes-Maybach Exelero

In 2005, Maybach created a car to test the extreme Fulda tires intended for travel at speeds above 185 mph. Exelero is one of the finest top hypercars.

On a special test track, the vehicle accomplished its task by accelerating to a speed of 218 mph. This high top speed is due to the 6.0-liter V12 biturbo engine. This engine develops 691 hp and 1020 Nm of torque.

 

25. Bugatti Centodieci

26. Bugatti La Voiture Noire

The car has an intriguing name “La Voiture Noire” (freely translated – “black car”)

The new model, referring to the classic, is based on the Chiron, but in fact there are few similarities. Only the drive was borrowed from Chiron. This means that under the hood we find the W16 eight-cylinder quad-turbo engine with 1,500 hp and an equally impressive maximum torque of 1,600 Nm. Nevertheless, La Voiture Noire will have a slightly lower top speed and will be slower in sprinting than the Chiron. The reason is a modified gearbox, the gear ratios of which have been adapted to driving longer distances.

The Bugatti has completely revamped the exterior design. The creator of the project is Etienne Salome, the court stylist of the brand. The handcrafted carbon fiber body has a longer front end which Bugatti says is reminiscent of the legendary Type 57. However, unlike the iconic classic, La Voiture Noire has a mid-engine.

 

27. Rolls-Royce Sweptail

It is totally the top of the top of hypercars. It is the only (!) copy in the world, but its price remains the secret of the manufacturer and buyer. Despite this, information has leaked that suggests the car cost $ 12.8 million,

The car is built in a special Pagani branch called “Uno-di-Uno”, which deals with exceptional orders and the construction of limited series. The fertilizer of the 760 horse roadster is made of a combination of titanium and carbon. The barchetta has a truncated windshield and miniature side windows. The front axle has 20-inch wheels, the rear wheels are 21 inches. Inside, there are seats from the current Huayra model. It is powered by a V12 engine with a capacity of 7.3 liters and 760 hp by AMG.
