VOR Executive

We are currently recruiting for a VOR Executive to work for a prestigious car rental company based in Leeds, LS12.

This is a permanent vacancy, and an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, expanding company.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
– To manage all VOR processes and to ensure all customers receive excellent customer service
– To improve (reduce) Vehicle Off Road performance for Customers/Drivers to vehicle off road time, increase communication and to reduce costs including loss of use costs and rental/replacement vehicles
– Maintain detailed understanding of the motor industry processes and practices with up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices including trade description and consumer protection laws.
– Ensure database entries are recorded accurately and completely
– Accurate and efficient data input

Required Skills/Qualifications:
– Successful track record in similar role, or alternatively a role which has transferable skills
– Methodical and process driven
– High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
– Comprehensive administration skills
– Work well under pressure especially during peak periods
– Good numeracy & literacy skills
– Good IT skills, including an understanding of Microsoft packages
– Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders, with great negotiation skills
– Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload
– Driving licence preferred but not essential

Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17.30pm
– Holidays – 23 Days plus statutory bank holidays

Salary:
– £26,000 annual salary
– Bonus scheme
– Company vehicle
