ABUSE OF CONNECT CLICK


 

  1. Connect Click works hard to maintain the safety of its communities. Connect Click reserves the right to take the following action, at its discretion and at any time, without notice:
  • Refuse the registration of a User;
  • Refuse or delete Content that it sees as inappropriate and/or violates our Terms and Conditions, or is in conflict with the letter or spirit of the law;
  • Restrict a User’s access to Connect Click Temporarily or Permanently;
  • Issue warnings in writing to Registered Users and take any further action under this paragraph that is necessary, if these warnings are not observed;
  • Inform the appropriate authorities and provide them with information regarding any suspected illegal activity;
  • Bring legal action against Registered or other Users of the Site, pertaining to any breach of the Terms and Conditions, or any illegal or suspected illegal activity.

 

  1. Connect Click will determine what action is appropriate to take on a case-by-case-basis.
  2. Accounts will be terminated of those who are determined to be repeat violators, in Connect Click’s reasonable opinion, or have otherwise been the subject of multiple valid and undisputed take-down requests.
  3. Connect Click will not be accountable to any user, or other third party, for the termination of this Agreement or access to Connect Click. Users agree to refrain from using the Services after any such termination. We reserve the right to delete any Content that, in our judgment, is in conflict with this Agreement. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such Content. Users hereby agree to such removal and waive any claim against Connect Click arising from it.
  4. Users agree that Connect Click could be required by law to access, monitor, store or copy materials uploaded to the Site or sent by, or to them, without further notification. Users accept that Connect Click cooperates fully with investigations into systems or network security violations, including those conducted by law enforcement authorities, concerning suspected criminal activity.
