Advanced Clinical Practitioner

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key professional shaping a patient focused service, in an CQC Outstanding rated practice. Highgate practice is in Tinsley, and approximately 1 mile from the Meadowhall M1 junction. The practice is run by a small friendly team and supports 4,100 registered patients but is supported by a Sheffield based primary care team which cares for over 35,000 patients. Tinsley has an ethically diverse population and we have in-house interpreters to support the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursing professional who wishes to keep patient contact while driving significant changes in how primary care is provided. We are looking for someone who can deliver clinically, but also develop the role to work in areas such as our embedded Research team or help the management team re-design the service for the changing pressures of Primary Care. Areas of interest will be discussed at interview.
