Summary
Our client, based in Leicester, requires solid Assistant Accountant / Payroller to join their team on a full-time Temporary to permanent basis.
The Role
• End to end Payroll for 150 monthly paid – including time & attendance
• Pension administration – enrolment / payment submission
• Payroll accrual & journals
• Bank reconciliation
• Credit control
• Weekly debtors reporting
• Processing foreign invoices
• Payment runs
• Daily bank update – customers receipts
• Daily bank balance confirmation
• Inter-company reconciliations
• Currency variation at month end
• AP, AR & Bank
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Assist with month end closure
The Right Person
• Immediately available or on short notice
• End to end payroll experience
• All-round accounts assistant / assistant accountant
• Excellent communication skills
• Eye for detail
• Sage
Package
• Appointment Type: Temporary with a view to a permanent position
• Hours: Full-Time 37 hours per week
• Office Based
• Holiday 26 Days + Bank Holidays
• Pension
