Maintenance Controller

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Controller to work for a prestigious car rental company based in Leeds, LS12.

This is a permanent vacancy, and an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, expanding company.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
– Manage and track maintenance of vehicles
– Support the maintenance team with handling incoming calls and emails
– Processing tyre replacements/repairs and arranging customer recharges
– Responding to email and telephone enquiries both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner.
– Processing vehicle repairs in a timely manner
– Checking supplier invoices to ensure pricing is correct and they are uploaded to the database
– Chasing maintenance and bodywork suppliers to ensure timely repairs of vehicles

Required Skills/Qualifications:
– Successful track record in similar role, or alternatively a role which has transferable skills i.e Vehicle Technician or Service Advisor
– Methodical and process driven, with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
– Good numeracy & literacy skills
– Good IT skills, including an understanding of Microsoft packages
– Proven communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders
– Strong organisation skills to effectively manage and prioritise workload with the ability to work well under pressure especially during peak periods
– Driving licence preferred but not essential

Hours:
– Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17.30pm
– Holidays – 23 Days plus statutory bank holidays

Salary:
– £27,000 annual salary
– Bonus scheme
– Company vehicle
