This company is a world leader in aftermarket technical specialist equipment / Garage Equipment / Specialist Tools and due to yearly business growth, they are looking for another Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive to join their team.

As a Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with this company you will have a whole range of specialist equipment / garage equipment to showcase that is some of the best on the market.

You will ideally be a “hands on” type of Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager as this will be a real advantage. Part of this role is showcasing and demonstrating the equipment’s functionality to potential business customers when required. But this process is not difficult and full training is given.

There are many channels / ways to sell this equipment whether through business partnerships, distribution networks or direct to business.

Salary £35K to £40K plus bonus (Up to £15K), Company Vehicle, pension

Location: West Midlands / Wales – Coventry, Rugby, Birmingham, Stoke, Walsall, Wolverhampton Worcester, Hereford, Gloucester, Newport, Shrewsbury, Cardiff

Role / Person:
• You will need to be an experienced, enthusiastic, passionate Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive.
• Ideally have technical sales / equipment sales experience.
• Ideally have a technical / hands on approach.
• Be happy to confidently demonstrate equipment – Training Given.
• Be experienced in communicating, assisting and motivating business / sales partners.
• Experienced or knowledge of selling directly and through distribution partners.
• Self-managing, proactive and highly organised.
• To understand your competition and be able produce confident counter offers.
