We are currently recruiting for full-time hybrid working roles within Glasgow and the surrounding areas
Starting salary range of £20,761 to £24,425
Within the Corporate Service Centre, we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent standard of service to our Corporate and Commercial customers. You will be joining a team whose ambition is to deliver a service that is second to none and delight our customers. The role supports our internal and external customers with day-to-day transactional banking support needs across the range of our products, including digital channels. Largely inbound requests across our servicing channels, which include Voice, Email & Secure Message.

• Servicing inbound requests from customers, both internal and external.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries, and servicing.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Using various systems to ensure all queries raised are fully answered, ensuring data capture accurately reflects interactions.
• Performing high value transactions on customers’ accounts with strong attention to detail.
What you’ll bring.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills along with strong listening skills and the ability to interpret information (e.g., articulate, professional, good empathy levels).
• You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)
It would also be nice for you to have.
• Experience of customer service role within a contact centre environment inbound or outbound
• A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers
• A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate well with others.
• Ability to focus on both individual and team goals.
What else you need to know.
• This is a full-time role working 35 hours a week between 8am and 17:30pm across Monday to Friday. The role is hybrid with 2 to 3 days a week based in the office.
• Training will be a mix of online and in person at our Glasgow contact centre.
• Given the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or videoconference where possible.
